Everybody knows Crash Coogan, seventh-grade football sensation. He's been moving down everything in his path since the time he could walk-and Penn Webb, his dweeby, vegetable-eating neighbor, is his favorite target. After all, Webb's not just a nerd, he's a cheerleader too. Crash and his best buddy, Mike, can't think of anything more hilarious than making Webb's life miserable. But Crash starts to realize that Webb has something he may never gain, no matter how many touchdowns he scores. And when Mike takes a prank too far, maybe even for Crash, the football star has to choose which side he's really on.
20. According to the book, what Crash discovered in the backyard was a house for a mouse and sticks under trees. In the book it says, "Furniture was in there-tiny chairs and tables and beds and a kitchen stove. The dinning room table was about 2 inches long and had four chairs around it with legs as skinny as toothpicks. On top of the table was the very end tip of a slice of pizza." Then Crash looked around and saw little sticks under almost all the trees.
ReplyDelete21. Based on the book a change Crash noticed in himself is he isn't so mean anymore. What I mean by this is when Mike asked Crash if he wanted to trick Webb, Crash said no. Another change Crash noticed in himself is when Mike snuck his Jet Water Uzi into school, Crash just told him he would get suspended. Last of all on the way home Mike and Webb were fighting and Crash did not join in.

The dollhouse was to represent a mouse house. Who I think put the mouse house there was Abby because she has been wanting a wildlife habitat.
21. The changes that Crash notices in himself is that he is not being mean. For example, Crash made Abby her catfish cakes that she has been wanting. Second of all, Mike was shooting Penn with the uzi, usually Crash would be a bystander, but he just kept walking. Lastly, when Mike had the uzi hidden in his bag, Crash noticed it and said, "You're gonna get suspended."

The change is that Crash doesn't normally care that his friends do stupid things. Second, Mike was to go trick Penn into eating meat, but Crash didn't want to do that. She is trying to hide the stick piles for mice from her dad because he does not want a habitat in his backyard, so she hid them from him. Crash discovered Abby's doll house with a sigh that said Mouse house the mouse house also has a tip of pizza on the table. Caresh found wood hidden behind bushes and trees so you could not see them from the house and only Crash and addy noes. That is what Crash found in the back yard.

Based on what I read, Crash has changed his personality. One of the things he has changed was that he was being nice to Abby and made her catfish cakes for her birthday. Another reason is that Crash doesn’t want to prank Penn because he’s not interested in bullying him anymore. He would rather shoot Mike with a water gun then Penn Webb. Crash Coogan doesn’t feel like the Crash Man anymore.

There was another stick pile……….and another………. And even more.There was mouse habitats everware behind bushes and trees. All so perfectly placed that if you were looking straight at them you would see the mouse homes.

After Scooter has a stroke Crash becomes nicer and pays more atashin to what he does and how it affects other people around him. For example when Abby was so mad and sad about Scooter and how he could not make her catfish cakes for her birthday Crash made her some at mike's house.When Mike wanted to prank penn with a wotter hun Crash said he didn’t want to. Crash walked by when Mike was squirting penn with the gun and a big crowd around them. When Crash saw he wanted to go gone in but not to squirt penn but to squirt Mike.

ReplyDeleteFrom the reading I know that crash was having a rough day that day. Oh I almost for got he found the strangest thing that day. What was I oh yah he saw something behind a bush and it was a pile of sticks. That day he also found the pile behind every tree and bush in his yard.
From the specific order of chapters you made me read crash fells he is different. what he sees when he looks into himself is sadness. explanation! scooter had a stroke that makes him very sad. From what I know he is also mad because mike makes fun of scooter's stroke.

21. According to the text, I notice Crash hasn't been mean and is caring about things. First, he probably would've let Mike wear his grandpa's hat, but he told Mike to put the hat back. He took action and didn't let Mike do what he wanted. Second, Mike reminded Crash that he asked if crash wanted to prank Penn. Crash decided not to be mean and told Mike that he wasn't interested in pranking Penn.
Third, instead of Crash thinking Mike is going to get suspended for bringing in his Water Uzi, he told Mike that he was going to get suspended.

He also finds little piles of sticks hidden in the bushes and behind trees. He cannot see the piles of sticks from the porch. I think Abby is the one making the piles of sticks for mice to live in.
21. Crash realizes that he no longer wants to be mean to Penn. When Mike squirts Penn with his water gun, Crash feels bad for Penn and wished he could squirt Mike with the water gun. I wish Crash would stand up for Penn and tell Mike to knock it off. He shouldn't just watch it happen and do nothing. Crash should try to stop Mike. Crash was also nice to his sister by making her catfish cakes for her birthday.
